If an when an inappropriate message is sent using member's email

address (by the member or due to virus or by a spammer) immediately

all messages from that email address will be moderated. Please be

assured that the list will take all necessary actions to protect the

list from inappropriate messages (advertisement, or derogative

language, etc.).

 

We will try our best to protect the list from miscreants. We fully

appreciate your cooperation and understanding and this is a joint

project and everyone need to be alert.

Note: Various forms of the Virus, Trojen are known and most of the

anti-virus software will be able to remove them and protect your
