Namaste All,

I had meant to post a specific reply to this earlier

but as an extension to Professor Krishnamurthy's

advice, when you go to the site, please also go to

pages 281-373.

Here you will find several talks on the Vedangas in a

step by step fashion. In these HH relates Siksha,

pronunciation, to the nose of the Vedapurusha;

vyAkarana, grammar, to the mouth; Chandas, metre, to

the foot; nirukta, etymology, to the ear; jyotisha,

astronomy and astrology, to the eye and kalpa to the

hand of the Vedapurusha.

Thank you,

Ken Knight
