Question:

If someone 'take' (seems like it was 'stolen')

something he needs urgently without saying nothing to

bring it back later in the short or long future is

that a bad karma anyway? will i receive any negative

consequenses in spite i will give that back to the

place it belongs? can anyone tell me that please?

I just took some money from someone cause i needed it

urgently but i always thought on returning it as soon

as possible.

Regards,

Henry -

Suppose it is your money and someone does that to you - How do you

feel. simple logic is what you do not want others do to you, you should

not do to others. You do not want any one steal your money then steeling

on your side is bad. If that urgency is to save somebody's life in the

process now we have higher dharma governing the action. Bottome line is

since it is bothering you, you are already being punished by the sin!

Sin is defined as the divergence of your mind and intellect. When your

intellect knows what is right and when your mind compromises against

your own value, that divergence is sin. When intellect does not know

like the case of a child and when it does the same action - there is no

sin.

It is that simple.

What you have is destiny and what you do with what you have is self-effort.

Future destiny is post destiny modified by your present action. You are not only

the prisoner of your past but master of your future. - Swami Chinmayananda
