dear all,

A member off list wanted to know the Sanskrit version of the

following ...

Once Lord Rama asked Vir Bhakta Hanuman: "Hanuman, what attitude do

you cherish towards Me?"

Hanuman answered : "O Rama! When I think I am the body, You are the

Master and I am Your servant, when I think I am the jivatman

embodied individual soul), You are the whole and I am a part ; but

when I have the Knowledge of Reality, I see that you are I and I am

You."

and of course, our most respected and honored Sunderji rose to the

occasion and provided the sanskrit version... thank you! thank you!

sadaji told me in a private email- that when Yagyavalkya told Gargi-

ji to stop asking so many questions and warned her that 'her head'

fall off - ,as per sadaji the 'head' referred to the 'Intellect' ...

but sadaji, the head also refers to the 'Ego'. Those who know about

the Ten DASHAMAHAVIDYAS, GODDESS CHINNAMASTA cut off her own head

which represents the ego and holds the head in her hand - the

allegorical meaning is in any discussion, we have to bow our head(

sublimate the AHAM OR EGO) to superior wisdom!!! i bow my head to

all the superor heads in this forum!! smiles!!!

**********************************************************************

VKji -thank you for letting us know that your Waves paper is also

availabble at your science and spirituality web site - i will take a

look!

**********************************************************************

ChiitTA - You are handling the discussion beautifully - Holding on

to your own philosophy nicely without the 'ego' flaring up! i do miss

our beloved Narji very much- he would have made the discussion very

lively with his anecdotes and bhakti Rasa ! and we would had some

real'firworks' too!!! i miss that excitement!! now onl;y LIGHT, no

HEAT!! and as benji said that was a clever move - bringing a

synthesis of WEstern Idealism with eastern realism!! and i waiting

for poetry, eros and romanticism...

**********************************************************************

that's all for now

love and regards
