Prof Vk If I can venture;

 

In the sloka 44, the self-realization is complete. The jiivan mukta

status is achieved. In this sloka, the sthtita prajana lakshaNa is

portrayed in the words we can appreciate.

>From the realization of the sat swaruupa - that realization of eternal

and ever existent nature of oneself - pratiphalati - what results out of

that understanding of oneself - (stitaprajnasya kaa bhaashaa?- how does

he behave?) - a vibrant youthful life springs forth (an attitude of the

sage when he operates the existing upaadhi-s) in spite of the actual

state of the body (old body or very young body etc) - his vibrant

attitude is unaffected by the actual conditions of the body - boyhood or

old age etc. and in that vibrant attitude he makes best use of it to

accomplish what needs to be accomplished. With full of bliss he

accomplishes great things in life in spite the limiting conditions of

the adjuncts. Up to this is the glorification of that state. Next to

reach that state or to those who wants to achieve that state aachaarya

reminds us the saadhana required.

I think you are right about shloka 44. Thank you for the

explanation. I shall incorporate it when I shall be doing a final
