Namaste,

 

brahmaanandaabdhikallolakaNakoTyaMshaleshakam.h .

pibantIndraadaya iti dhyaanamaachamanaM matam.h .. 13..

 

brahma = Supreme Spirit

aananda = bliss

abdhi = ocean

kallola = wave

kaNa = drop

koTy = millions

aMsha = part

leshakam = particle

pibanti = drink

indra = Indra (king of the gods)

aadayaH = and others (exalted beings)

iti = thus

dhyaanam = meditation

aachamanaM = ritual sipping of water (for one's purification)

matam = said (to be)

 

The ritual sipping of water is done by meditating on :

'Exalted beings like Indra (can) drink (only) a tiny fraction of a

drop from

the waves of the ocean of bliss of the Supreme Spirit.
