I don't know what deep inquiry is, since my training is is in Sant Mat Shabd-Nadi meditation, but I stopped meditating: one cause is the intense pain caused by Kundalini and the other this fear, that I'll never be able to make the "death-jump" at the point in meditation when I literarily must surrender my life on my own I was taken over this hurdle into deep mediation by my master; who said, that he took me in his pocket --the fear in meditation is real.. I jumped out of meditation with a racing heart...
