Guest guest
All words are received in the mindset and perceived differently. All words are relative. Mind, God, Spirit, Soul, Consciousness ...are words. They too are relative. Only absolute is the THAT ALIVENESS. Words are used here too to describe what it is and what it is not. There is an awareness felt within , undescribable yet it can ask itself (Jeevatma) to hold the breath now. After a few moments, the mind engages a thought that says 'you can not hold the breath now...let it flow'. Who lets the thought enter the mind ? It is the same awareness (jeevatma) that reflects as illusion expressed in word ' individual consciousness' or 'chitta'...which appears to contain and gives rise to an illusionary flow of subtle thoughts (ie mind). Our body is a gross form of the awareness (Jeevatma). Each body is in now..in the life and its image appears to move and change every moment as an illusion. Mind is an illusion with respect to the awareness of life (jeevatma)...as now and here. Let this center of awareness be the witness to all actions of body, mind and emotions(heart)as an observer of a play of sight and sound. Whenever, wherever a thought arises, let the awareness (jeevatma) not suppress or act on it. It does not happen to all yet some call this 'meditation' .. All words have relative meanings to each mind. Individual centers of awareness is 'Jeevatma' when it is spell-bound in the play of sight & sound. (ie Bindu & Naada). The play of sight and sound happens in the MAIN PRIMARY AWARENESS (ATMAN) which reflects as moment by moment frame of Primary Consciousness. All Jeevatmas (individual centers of awareness) arise and merge in the Primary Awareness. How it happens is unknown to minds. What strings all frames of consciousness and make it to appear as 'Universe' is called by sri Shankaracharya as' MAYA'. Again a word.!! The false notion of body (me, my, mine...myness thought) takes over the awareness (jeevatma) within. If the jeevatma attaches the 'myness' to any thought, it becomes a memory. And thus the playground of words, illusions continue. Everyone is right and wrong relatively with respect to each mind set. Caution: All words used above are relative. They may create variety of meanings.
