Guest guest
hariH OM! (note to tony-ji: i will reply to your post when i can, since it might require some length.) but for the moment i'd like to repost what seems to be the most lucid and definitive point yet made regarding the problem that arises when we misunderstand the meaning of the metaphor of the adhyasa snake .. which i believe refers *specifically* to the phenomenon of if/when something in the jagrat sthithi of the perceived jagat (waking state of the perceived world) is taken *as such* and therefore is actively isolated and disconnected from its rope foundation (brahman).....we have abject dvaitam! Chittaranjan-ji wrote: "When we insist that the unreal is REALLY unreal, we ground ourselves further into duality THINKING that we have got to Advaita. When we see that there REALLY is no unreal, then All is Real. That is Advaita that is Purna." OM shaanthiH!
