Namaste,

 

samaadhiraatmano naama naanyachchittasya vibhramaH .

tatraiva brahmaNi sadaa chittavishraantirishhyate .. 31..

 

Absorption in the Self is nothing else but being without confusion of

the mind.

Only there, in the Self, is considered the mind's everlasting rest.

 

samaadhiH = absorption in Self

aatmanaH = of oneself

naama = name

na = not

anyat = else

chittasya = mind

vibhramaH = confusion

tatra = there

eva = only

brahmaNi = in Brahman

sadaa = always

chitta = mind

vishraantiH = repose

ishhyate = is regarded
