The way I understand this calamity is through three states of Nature i.e. Tamas ( forces of repulsion), Rajas ( forces of attraction) and Sattva ( equilibrium). Everything in this universe is trying to get to Sattva state and the present calamity is no exception. Lately there has been so much activity in southern Asia in the field of nuclear weapons, hatred towards each others religion and damage to mother earth by unplanned fast development. The demand of food by the ever increasing population has forced more and more poor people to earn their living by fishing and tourism. Whole universe is One, all of us are created by Nature and then consumed by it and the end of life. Why can not we love and spread love to live happily in this life of four days?
