Guest guest
Namaste Sunderji, What a timely reminder! Sometimes we do get lost running a race with no end. Such is the world of scholarship. We must indeed remind ourselves that the Self is my goal and learn to end debates when it is time. Thanks again. Guest guest
Namaste Sunder and All, your message let me think about a plant which is growing in the heat of intensive sunshine.... if there is nobody who is in charge to put enough water....the plant will dry out.... to know the existance of "water" is not enough....it's the "dynamic" inner search which open the channels for the water to flow nicely...... some plants need more water than others.... how to know how much "water" is just right for the moment....? ....meditation help to find out about the inner flow....if the flow reach all the necessary "parts" of ourself... ....if the flow is right (balanced)....maybe Samadhi is reached.... ....if Samadhi is reached....there is only Self remaining.....Atman...... no more "fragments"....but the essence of Being ....in Samadhi.....how could one exchange words ?....with "whom"?..... how could one talk....with no more "body sense"...?.... .....maybe another question, like to one "who is seing the world?", could be asked by some meditating people...: "where is my body?"..... there is much talk recently about meditation and Samadhi...the "need" of it...or not..... i believe that one who "see" clearly the truth...like some people here who "understand" the exact "message" of the scriptures......they have also "experience" of Samadhi(s) and meditation..... both , "experience" and "understanding", go together i think so far few words.....and inspirations.... ....wish you a "dynamic" search....and Being Regards love and peace Marc advaitin, "Sunder Hattangadi" <sunderh> wrote: > > Namaste, > > Some random musings : > > > shrutivipratipannaa te yadaa sthaasyati nishchalaa . > samaadhaavachalaa buddhistadaa yogamavaapsyasi .. 2\-53..
