Guest guest
Namaste: This is an announcement about the upcoming Spiritual Day-Camp during the Memorial Day Weekend. Sri Sadananda a moderator of this list will conduct this spiritual camp with a Discourse on Adi Sankaracharya's famous Stotram - Dahsinamoorthy Stotram. [sri Dakshinamoorthy stotram is one of the short compositions of the spiritual giant and exquisite philosopher, Adi Shankaracharyar. The popularity of this hymn is not just due to the poetic masterpiece but also because it encompasses the fundamental teachings of Vedanta. Dakshninamoorthy (Shiva) manifests in three different forms as God, Preceptor and the Self (Atman). The all-pervasiveness of the Atman is main theme of this Stotram.] The information on the complete details of the camp is provided below: This is a great learning opportunity and also a fruitful way to spend to your short vacation as a spiritual sadhana. Those who think they can't participate both days of the camp can also attend provided they contact the coordinators and preregister in advance. The coordinators are also making efforts to arrange baby sitting arrangement. As you may see, the fees for attending the camp is very nominal and this is done to encourage more members to attend and benefit from the Satsangh. Looking forward to see you all registering for the Memorial day Camp before 18th of May. regards, Ram Chandran ====================================== CHINMAYA MISSION,WASHINGTON REGIONAL CENTER Presents Spiritual Day-Camp during the Memorial Day Weekend Discourses On Adi Sankaracharya's Dakshinamoorthy Stotram by Dr. K.
