Guest guest
Namaste, The goal is to BE what the 'mahA-vAkya'-s declare - [tat tvam asi; ahaM brahmAsmi; ayam AtmA brahma; sarvaM khalvidaM brahma]. Gita's instruction is simple and straight-forward (8:7) - tasmAt sarveShu kAleShu mAmanusmara yudhya cha | (Therefore, at all times remember Me, and fight). 8:5, 6, and 13, also re-inforce this remembrance. This stage is also called the 'ajapA-japa' , or sahaja samAdhi. The 'Being in Awareness' ONLY is as natural as one's breathing. The counting of beads may or may not persist; the distinction of the 'triad' (tripuTI) of dhyAtA, dhyAna, dheya is dissolved forever.
