Dorie,

 

Energy is actually a coherent vibration / harmonic waveform.

You/Your senses/Your thoughts themselves are composed of these Energy

waveforms. This Energy is not something outside you/separate from you.

The whole of the Universe and all the matter in it (from sub-atomic

particles to the stars) is composed of / pervaded by this Energy. (

recall Einstein's E=MC2, which essentially means all matter is made up

of Energy ). The nuclear, gravitational and electro-magnetic forces

all come under the category of Energy.

 

These Energy waves are in space-time i.e they have both spatial and

time aspects (like amplitude,frequency etc). But it is the Universal

Consciousness that gives these Energy waves, their space-time

attributes. This Universal Consciousness pervades the energy and it is

beyond this Space-Time.

 

So what i meant in my earlier post was that, when Iam inside this

Space-Time, Iam the Energy and once Iam ouside it, Iam nothing but the

Universal Consciousness/Brahman.

 

So there is no such thing as "your physical condition *feeling* like

Energy"... You yourself are Energy...and Ultimately the

Consciousness...
