Guest guest
Hello everyone, This is my first post here. I came across a website found a site which neatly assembles a lot of classical and newer Advaita texts and along with it, one finds refutations of the Advaita position from various schools, including the Mahayana. http://www.geocities.com/advaitavedant/ This is very good work because criticisms from various authors that apply to either Advaita and so on are presented here and therefore it seems like an organized way to go about looking at what this refutation really consists of. Often, especially with writers such as Nagarjuna, there is an impression created by orthodox Buddhists that the logic is absolutely perfect and flawless. If there is interest, I propose that we slowly over the course of some time go through the arguments or points raised by the Buddhists as presented in that page, Regards, Rishi. The reason why they say that Nirvana is not the same as Atman or Brahman is because they are not entertaining the concept of Nir Guna Brahman......Nir Vana---Nir Guna............ONS...Tony
