Originally, the list started its service during June

1998 at the Coollist.com. Then on 31 August1998,

Advaitin List moved to which became

. Finally superimposed with

. The membership grew from 20

members in the beginning to 1267 at present

(1st September 2005). The list doesn't insist on membership to view

the public archives which are open to all visitors of the site. The

site is visited by several thousands everyday and a majority of

them are nonmembers.

 

We want to express our sincere thanks to everyone of you for your

friendliness, cooperation and support.

 

We always welcome members' feedback and we believe

that it is quite essential for our continued

progress. Please do not hesitate to send your

suggestions, questions and comments. The credit for

quality of materials posted in the list always goes to

the general membership.

 

The list is blessed and with His Grace, we have

assembled a family of advaitins with diverse

personalities and background. We want to achieve the

goal of finding the 'unity' within diversity

through this forum with friendly exchanges of our

thoughts and insights.
