What are we born for ?

We are born for self realization. To realize the self within us. Those who

don’t understand this walk into other careers in life.

 

How do we chose our careers and understand our best qualities ?

It is pertinent to understand our swadharma. Every thing in this universe is

born with a unique quality. The sun , the moon, the stars are unique with

different functions. Even human beings are endowed with this feature. We have to

identify our swadharma and move towards its fulfillment.

 

What are success and failures?

 

Success is an effect which belongs to the future. If you have a right action

you will succeed. Success and failures are cause and effects. What we sow we

reap. If you sow a chili seed you cannot get a coconut tree. For success there

are three Cs concentration , consistency and cooperation.

 

What is the mantra for success in management?

 

Apply yourself to the present occupation in totality that is concentration.

For that you will have to develop the intellect.

Your actions should be focused on a particular goal or direction. When water

/wind flows in one direction it is powerful energy. That is consistency

Cooperation with colleagues : we all are spokes in the wheel of life, a

cooperative endeavour. Brooding about past and future will never bring you

success, concentrate on the present.

Fix your goal higher than what you are currently doing

 

What is successful leadership?

 

Bhagavad gita quotes: whatever the successful leader does the world follows.

Leaders lead the way , not point out the way . leader understands the swadharma

of all his followers and grooms them. Leaders are accessible to all. Leader

under stands the complexes of his followers and adjusts them. The leader has to

be acquainted with exceptional knowledge of what he is doing. Nobody follows a

weak leader.

 

What is surrender to God?

You surrender in areas of ignorance . you don’t know from where you have come,

you don’t know where you are going . you don’t know how a bruised finger is

rectified , you don’t have a clue who is doing it. You don’t know anything

except the present before you. You are steeped in ignorance . So you should let

yourself become an instrument in the hands of the divine . Let him play through

you. Surrender to the source of all creations . You call him God but even you

have not seen him , the supreme energy…………
