Guest guest
Namaste, I found in today's local newspaper a picture of Ram Bahadur Banjan, 15, who meditates in a niche among the roots of a tree in a Nepalese jungle Bara near Kathmandu, Nepal for six months since May 17, 2005. I have published the picture and another on my website, page http://www.haguratelier.com/Gitamediposture.html It is a page about the best postures for meditation. (I myself have bad legs, and the page shows how to sit comfortably for meditation. I do not fancy sit on a chair for meditation, as most Western people would do.) The complete English website of mine (under construction), also in French and Dutch can be viewed on: http://www.geocities.com/hagurcomic/GitaBelgium.html Meditation trains us to hold the attention on the Presence of the Supreme Being, that our emotional response may be in accord with what is Eternal and so we may build up a consciousness based on feeling that has its counterpart in the nature of the Supreme Being.
