Q] What is the purpose of life?

 

The purpose of life is to be happy, SAT –CHIT- ANAND.

a] live and let live

b] Don’t betray and never get betrayed

c] be happy and make others happy

Become an instrument of the divine

 

Q] How do we chose our career or know our swadharma?

Ask yourself a question , what I like?, whether it is right? And pursue it.

“Jeevan kayaro ke liye nahin hai”. Face the challenges of life. As Lord Krishna

has said in the Bhagawad Gita , “ Function perfectly , no compromise on

performance, outwit your earlier performance, don’t expect, keep your freedom

intact.

 

Q] What is success in life?

Prosperity in the outer world and peace in the inner world . You have a right

to do your duty, no control over the results. Functioning in the present while

thinking about the future affects your current performance . Postponing

happiness for results is being foolish.

If you are happy at present even God cannot make you miserable. Life is joy,

happiness expressed everywhere.

 

Q] What are failures in life , how can the youth overcome them?

Failure is a negative thinking towards life. It’s an inability to accept an

opportunity to be be successful subsequently. If lord Rama had not gone for

vanvas there would be no Ramayana. In fact nobody over the ages would have known

an incarnation named Rama. Never take an event as failure. Take any setbacks as

a challenge enjoy it, as it is a stepping stone for higher evolution.

“Purusharth” is the ability to turn obstacles in your favor.

 

Q] What is the best form of leadership in management ?

A leader is not like a big banyan tree under which nothing grows . A leaders

greatness is like the eternal space under which everything grows. A top person

never shadows his subordinates but behaves like a father “honored when defeated

by his son”. Be responsible for everything in life for it is your creation;

don’t blame others for your miseries.

 

Q] How do the youth seek motivation?

Actions should be out of inspiration, not under the load of desires.

Motivation is a creative force. A happy person alone is a creative force. He is

positive, he is never tired, always inspired and a dreamer. Life is joy,

happiness expressed everywhere. God has not created life out of frustration, it

is his own expression. Nothing is the world is created by you , let the name and

form go.

It is his will , when he chooses, things happen, make yourself a fit

instrument . God is searching where the hands are free; he is searching where

the tongue that does not say “I” is. He wants to function through you. Be his
