The Sanskrit bhashya has it as: svaabhaavikyaavidyayaa yuktaH

 

"sa cha kumaaro bhiitaH svaabhaavikyaavidyayaa yuktaH bhaaNityevaM

shabdam akarot.h saiva vaagabhavat.h vaak.h shabdaH abhavat.h ||"
