Guest guest
Hari Om! I am planning to post notes on Mandukya UpaniShat and KArika. I wanted to state that my study of this upaniShat is motivated by two individuals. One is Shree Dennis Waite, who is busy right now editing his book, and the second one is Bhaskarji. Shree Dennis Waite suggested to me years ago to write my notes on it. When we had recent discussions on the dream analogy Shree Bhaskarji reminded me that mAnDUkya upaniShat would be best to take up. Thanks to both Bhaskarji and Dennis Waite, I was motivated to study the text again. With praNaams to both them, I began this study. I am going to jot down my notes as I study the text in perspective. Because of this, my Gita Navaneetam study is backed up. I hope to present both as I prepare my notes. It is an interesting combination - one is yoga shaastra and the other is brahma vidya, recognizing such a demarcation is superficial. I begin with prayer to the compassionate Lord to reveal all His secretes to us as we study together. Hari Om! Sadananda
Guest guest
I would just like to say that, even though I am extremely busy (until the end of the month) finishing off my book, I will still find time to read these notes. Excellent that Sri Sadananda has finally got around to committing his wisdom on this subject to paper and I very much look forward to his unfolding of this most profound (but unfortunately difficult) work. We are privileged indeed and I encourage all to make the effort to stay with him on this! Best wishes Dennis
