Namaste, all

I hope the respected members will pardon me for my following observations on

the subject:

<<Self is eternally liberated and beyond all thoughts and imagination>>

Can we say “liberated” because if we say this, then “liberated from what”?

SELF is Sat Chit Anantham, i.e. Anantham Satyam and Anantham Chit. It is neither

liberated nor bound.

<<in the waking state where the waking individual is aware that his dream has

ended>>

I think, on knowing, which is possible only in the Waking State, one’s

Swaroopa as unfolded in the Upanishads, one knows in the Waking State that what

is happening around is Dream only. He knows that even that Knowing itself is

dream. The dream goes on for him and he is fully aware that it is dream only.

With such knowing, he is always at Peace (Shanti), and he never reacts nor get

agitated, and even if any reaction/agitation takes place for him, he knows that

that is also part of the dream.

He knows even “Enlightenment” itself is a dream, as it is taking place in the

Waking State.

The dream never ends, but one knows that it is just dream and that is the

wisdom resulting from enlightenment.

This is how I understand the whole Teaching.

thank you for this clear words

it's interesting that you talk about "dream" in relation

to "Enlightenment"......

this bring me to the following question...:

the one "who" know "that it is just dream" is included in the

dream....?

maybe by (this) knowledge, the Self appear as light.....in this

dream......

a light which let the "knower" dissolve into the real nature

this....let the Self appear to be the real One....of "Enlightenment"

so there has been a personal path....until the moment of dissolvation

of the personal.....with the Self

few thoughts...

Namaste Dennis and everyone,

All Sages declare unanimously that Enlightenment is ´Waking-

sleepness´ or ´Jagrat-Sushupti´... when I asked my Guru "what is

Enligtenment´ he replied simply : unbroken aware deep sleep.

By reading Ramana Maharshi one can also see that he repeatedly

stated in his dialogues that enlightenment is ´jagrat-sushupti´, the

world being a dream, the knowledge of the world being a dream also

being part of the dream, etc ad infinitum.

I am really karmically blessed to be able to pursue Truth in

this lifetime.

Pranams,
