Guest guest
Dear Brother, Your message isnt clear. Do u mean the "Mantra Siddhi Yantra" which is mentioned in this issue of MTYV for aiding in getting success in Sadhana? Or, is it something else? Where did u hear about Mantra Siddhi. Literal meaning of Mantra Siddhi is "attaining success in Mantra Sadhana" i.e. completely achieving the purpose for which the Mantra was chanted/Sadhana was done. Please clarify Jai Gurudev m.singh@barcl ays.net cc: 11/12/00 Mantra Siddhi 11:52 Please respond to Greeting, Can anyone on this forum tell me what Mantra Siddhi is... as how does one benefit from this mantra. Guest guest
Dear brother, Jai Gurudev! Arvind Sharma has beautifully tried to answer your request about mantra siddhi. I would like to add something: The meaning of word 'mantra siddhi' has changed a lot with the time changes and the raj of ponga-pandits. People have started to take it in a different way as actually it has the meaning and importance in the vedic times when our Rishis have spent their lives in making research that too the minute impact of sound waves on our body and brain. To understand it properly you just recollect what our scientists are doing now a days. They are researching the sound waves' impact on body and mind and to a great extent they have scientifically proved that different different sounds have different impact on our body/mind and have observed the impact of sound waves on animals and plants also. It is also a scientifically proved fact that our mind has unlimited power and capacity and we normal human being is utilising only 5-7% of our brain. The great inventors has also used the brain upto 10% of its capacity. Our science is still legging behind in finding the ways to use the rest of the brain. To understand mantra siddhi, first understand that mantra is a group of specific words and it is to pronounce in a specific way and rythm. mantra does not necessary have any meaning. This specific way of pronounciation of mantra with dire concentration continuously or at a particular interval which our Rishis/Gurudevs have researched develops the particular sound waves which resounds in our body and activate the particular cell. Which cell has which power and how it can be activated and which mantra will work for a particular man is very important and only the Sat Gurudevs have that knowledge and he can only guide. That is why it is said that in this sadhana field one should not do any sadhana of his own because he does not know which cell of his is lying in semi-activated condition and which mantra will work for him. If we go on the right path then success awaits us otherwise failure is guaranted and if one faces failure does not mean that success has not existence. Here I would say that our Rishis had through research and succeeded in finding the sould waves which can activate the particular cell of our brain. Each cell of our brain has different power and capacity or limitation of it is not known to us. Rishis or Sat Gurudevs the Real Ones can have this knowledge. Now we are to accept that human being's body dies and not soul and every time this soul carries our karmas and punyas. These punyas reflect with the different power or capacity and when we comeacross some abnormally briliant child we we call god gift. Why all the human beings have not same level of brain, it is neither found same in a city, nor caste, nor family. If we go in deep of it then it comes out that in our different - different past lives what we have did, we carries in this life also and if we had tried any sadhana in past life, its effect we can see in this life also. If we activate our cells in this life that much cells remain activated throught our the travel of our soul. It is because of this fact that a person whose particular cell is already activated but for a formal activation of it in this life, when he does a sadhana, within a short time it gets activated and he achieves the result which means his particular cell of the brain has become activated. He takes less time because it was already in semi-activated condition. In brief mantra siddhi is activating ourselves which can be achieved with disciplined life and by following the advice of Gurudevji. It is said that the whole world is in ourselves. It is we who are to explore, who can explore(like Krishna has shown the whole world to her monther in his childhood) and mantra siddhi is the way of exploring ourselves. The group members of this forum may be agree with me or not. I just tried to comeout with my thinking on mantra siddhi. I will be grateful if any one of us will critically comeout with my thinking.
