Can anyone relate the experience of Kundalini Jagran. How does one know when

it happens. What's the best way to do it?

Its so different that you will come to know that something different is

happening. Everything happens inside. Energies flow like anything in the

naadis. U will be able to feel the pulsations of chakraas. And these will

become more active which can be sensed by you when an activity which

corresponds to that Chakra is done.

 

Best way in through Mantra Sadhna and that too under the guidance of Pujya

Gurudev. It can only happen n rise only through the grace of Pujya

Gurudev. N rember the beauty of Kunalinoi Jaagran lies in balance. Meaning

the energies of all chakraas is balanced. Guru Mantra keeps in to account

that these energies r balanced.

 

 

Guru Sadhana, Guru Mantra, Gayatri Mantra and Chaitenya Mantra along with

Pranayama , Kundalini Jaagran Dikshaa, Kundalini Jaagran Sadhana (Mantra)

, lead to an active arousal of Kundalini.

 

 

The most important thing in Kundalini Jaagran in Gurudev and ur devotion

towards him.
