Get this boof from here. in this book they give good information about neti,dhoti and all other yogik kriyas. if u are not in india give me address i will send it u. i am in ahmedabad here this book is available. But I want to buy NETI Instrument with which I can perform NETI kriya. Previously I was having one Thin Rubber Tube but it has misplaced somewhere. This org. is running their classis at various places. Here ahmedabad they have one kendra. After Inquiry i will give u the address.
