Guest guest
dear brothers, jai GURUDEV My apologies. My aim was not to throw cold water on everyone's enthusiasm. Everyone has been working so hard and so excited about everything. Though I stick to what i said for myself, i fully respect the difference of approach. And really appreciate the effort that has been going on. May GURUJi give all of us direction, and success. And may the work of the new website proceed in full swing, and may we have huge and informative site by next year GURU poornima, Insha allah!! The only thing i wanted to point out was how this mailing group sounds to someone who is not regular....we all have a responsibility in our conduct. Differnce of opinion are the road marks of a grand success. But it should not take the form of bickering, and sulking. Please, i am not above these things either. And all of you have a right to correct me as and when needed and i will be grateful. I really suggest that we should make a list of the points where we are incapable of taking a decision or differ strongly about, and take turns calling GURUji. But what i suggest is that we take permissions and directions directly from GURUji and no one else, now that he is aware of the effort going in. I forgot to tell you all that his response for Hindi site was positive though He did not give any clear instructions. And listen to his comments and directions sincerely. Ashish, you had better speak to Guruji at least once. I called today and was told that GURUji may not be back before the 10th, in that case i may not see him. Just in case he is there, I will definitely try to see him. And request him for permission. And apart from that also request permission for being allowed to give extracts of books. I personally see nothing wrong with it as long as the source is mentioned. My boss was writing a book which had references to several people's scientific work. He used to write 2 lettrs for each refernce one to the publishes, and one to the author for permission , and give due respect and mention of source. So what i suggest is quoting from books whose publication is owned by the three Gurudevs. And if we wish to quote from Pustak mahal etc, a mail has to be sent to them in this effect, and wait for their reply. Arvind, i am sorry i do not check my mail regularly. But you have every right to say what you wish to. brother, apologizing is a good thing, it shows humility and lack of ego. At the same time we should have the conviction to stand up for what we believe in. Love to all of you, my new found brothers. Wishes on GURU poornima. May not only the website grow, But all of us too, individually may prosper materially and grow spiritually by the path showed to us by our GURU. love again anu
