Guest guest
Jai Gurudev Dear Brothers/Sisters I was just reading the translation done by Anu for the DSV mantras. However, she has written the Gatospi as gatopi, mean she has not included the word written as "S" which is read as "sh". This word is also used at so many placed. So please advise which is the correct way of reading. Another problem I just remember is that in the Asan mantra and other also there is written "gum" in brackets. How are we suppose to read this word. Jai Gurudev Charanjit

So I think, the considered word is better pronounced 'gato api'. > SIMILARLY THE SEEDSYLLABLEOF GANAPATI IS GA+ > > ANUSWAAR,WHICH IS PRONOUNCED AN M OR N.SO THESEEDSYLLABLES GAM AND > > GAN BOTH MUST BE CORRECT. As far as the Ganapati mantra is concerned, only 'GAM' is correct. The mantra is: Om Gam Ganapataye Namah Here, the anuswaar sounds 'M'. By the way, this can be easily confirmed by either listening any related audio cassette or calling Gurudham. Even the audio zone of Siddhashram.Org has the answer. Have a nice day. Ashish...
