Guest guest
Jai Gurudev Arvindji/Birenderji – the list is a collection of list of books given by Harish and then I had collected from the MTYV Magazine. I have not seen the list of books of siddhashram.org site but I will surely check. This week I am going to meet Shrivastavji and I will discuss with him about the list and I will carry my list also and will try to get his list also. As advised by Birender, I am planning to collect all the books, if available. We will consolidate the list. My concern with prices was that the price I had mentioned were old and if somebody is going to buy he/she is advised to recheck the price with publisher. Let me think of a way to contact the publishers. I will come back to you as soon as possible. Birenderji, I remember the issue of scanning, so my advise is to please let us first concentrate on collecting the books/list. If u want I will explain this issue to you separately on ur personal mail. Reg. Availability of books with various peoples, this is a good idea. May I request all the readers to just go through the list and advise on the availability of any book with them. In my one of the mail I had requested that atleast the core people should provide their address and contact numbers. But I think that mail has got lost. We can exchange the address on personal mail. Guest guest
Jai Gurudev Charanjitji, A comprehensive booklist is available at www.siddhashram.org/booklist.shtml Instead of going thru individual magazines, it might be a good idea for u to browse this. It will save lot of time & effort. However, correct me if i am wrong (and stupid), but what is the point of making a list of Gurudham's books. Gurudham already has catalog of these books, and in fact, a printed copy of this catalog is also available from there. i dont think that u will gain anything by giving to Shrivastavji a "partial" list of Gurudham's books, as he will, anyway have a complete list. The only value_addition , which we can do , is to collect the names of books published by independent publishers. Sometimes, some people have independently translated some of the books into other languages. We need to get list of these "outside" books. Harishji has done a good work by making a small list of such books. Pradeepji told about just one book, and then he fell silent about names of other books. Pradeepji, can u give us publisher details of this & other books which u saw in your local library. Another thing. I am glad to realise that nobody has got any doubts or questions to ask Gurudev, and everyone has answers to all questions!!! Or, is it that I am being misunderstood. To clarify, my long term motive was to try to organise a sort of "interview/chat/discussion" session with either Shrivastavji/Shastriji or with pujya Gurudev in future. This "list of questions" was an attempt to test the waters, to see if others feel the same, to check if people have queries. As an initial buildup/starting point of such a session, I thought about collecting together a list of questions, and then request anyone meeting Gurudev (delhi local people/others like Anuji going to Delhi etc.) to obtain answers. I do know that answers to some are available in FAQ, but some of them (eg. timezones) are still doubtful, at least for me! However, I will abort my attempt if people dont feel a need for such an event. There aint any point in inviting Shrivastav uncle to a chat/interview session to clarify doubts if people havent got any doubts to clarify. >>>Charanjitji -> about contact details My_response*-) The email address of people is available in individual postings. Some people might have hesitation in giving out their personal details like phone number, address etc., so probably, we sud stick to emails. one cal always send off_line emails to concerned people. Guest guest
Jai Gurudev >>Bishnuji, -> mails not received I think that it is more of a issue. Are u sure that u have not exceeded the space-limitation set up for your email. i, personally havent experienced any problem of any missing posting till now. i think that there seems to be a problem with the email setup at your end. >> about Nikhileswaram book. Can u please give me name of publisher, cost(if possible) and full name for this book. it wud be ideal if u cud also give me a 1 line description of this book.
