I recently joined the discussion list. I am getting pain on legs while sitting more than one hour for meditation. Is there any easy way to remove the pain ? Moroever, if u get engrossed in mantra, or traatak, then u might not feel any pain. i think that it is allowed to shift legs in case of unbearable pain, though one sud try to avoid it. Probably increasing intake of turmeric_powder (haldi) might help since haldi has therapheutic effect on joints and bones, and is also a "small" pain killer. it might help. btw charanjitji, u aint alone. even i am AB+ve!
