Guest guest
Namaskaram, Regarding the pronounciation in the ganesh mantra, i would like to know which is the right way. Is it "Om gum ganapataye namah" or "Om gung ganapataye namah". Amit has already mentioned about the mantra being tantroct or mantroct. So Kindly let me know if the ganesh mantra is tantroct or mantroct. Or is the pronunciation left to the sadhaka ? Are there any ill effects of mis-pronounciation of the ganesh mantra ? Awaiting responses from all the sadhakas. Kedar
Guest guest
Jai Gurudev from my very limited knowledge, what i can say is that each sadhana has its own mantras and yantras. and there are many mantras for same God, eg. there are thousands of mantras for Lord Shiva. mantras are constructed according to purpose, specific form of deity, tantra (sadhana procedure), sadhana articles (yantras, gutikas etc.) , tantra practice, etc. . so, u sud go for the entire sadhana and see its mantra. pronunciations is NOT left to sadhak. correct pronunciation is the key to success and only the corect vibrations generated by corrent pronunciation will yield ideal result. u sud get correct pronunciation from Gurudham or pujya Gurudev or cassettes. more info on prunication etc. is available in www.siddhashram.org/faq.shtml hope it helps Jai Gurudev , "Kedar" <kedar_sadalgekar> wrote: > Namaskaram, > Regarding the pronounciation in the ganesh mantra, i would like to > know which is the right way.
