Guest guest
One sud chant at least 4 rosary rounds of Guru Mantra, and 1 rosary round of Chetna Mantra & Gayatri Mantra daily after taking Guru Diksha. This practice sud be continued lifelong. One may do it any time of day, though brahma muhurath (early morning) is best. Plus it is better if u do it at same time daily. Another advantage of doing it in early morning is that one's body & mind is fresh and envmnt is peaceful. This chanting sud take around 20-30 mins. Moroever, it will be better if u also do Guru Pujan & aarti according to Deinik Sadhana Vidhi. if u cant do it daily, then u can do it at least on some special days like Thursday, 3rd & 21st of month etc. Total process might take upto an hour. U sud also perform prannayam for some minutes before Guru pujan. During Guru pujan, u sud NOT close your eyes. Rather , u sud perform traatak on pujya Gurudev's photo during mantra chanting. Everyone starts getting Divine experiences and feels Gurudev's presence after Guru Diksha and mantra chanting. In some cases, it happens even before Guru Diksha, as these souls wud have been connected to pujya Gurudev in previous births. The problems start getting solved and solutions start appearing. However, one sud take Guru Diksha before starting anything. Guru Mantra is the basic foundation. All other Sadhanas come only after Guru Sadhana. A good strategy to solve some peculiar problem cud be to perform Anusthaan. Anusthaan normally is for 51 thousand or 1.25 lakh mantra chantings. However, for a beginner, this might be a very large number. A simple alternative cud be to decide about a "possible, realistic " number like 11 or 21 rosary rounds daily, and perform same number mala daily. u may take a sankalp (pledge) with water to chant , say, 21 malas of Guru mantra daily for 40 days or 90 days or whatever to solve the "particular " problem. This sud be in addition to the daily Mantra Chanting described above. U sud also make a point to attend at least one Sadhana Camp (or shivir). Attending a Sadhana Camp is a very unique experience. U get an opportunity to perform Sadhanas directly under pujya Gurudev's guidance in a pure and sacred environment. Plus one obtains lots of practical knowledge, gets clarification on lots of issues, and mingles with thousands of fellow Sadhaks. And of course, one may meet Revered Trimurthi Gurudevs in person and obtain dikshas personally. 21st & 3rd of every month are very important and auspicious days. One may do Sadhanas to solve one's problems on these special days, or , better still, do special Guru pujan on this day. It is also advisable to perform at least one act of Guru-service on these days. Jai Gurudev
