Guest guest
JAI GURUDEV, THANX A LOT FOR THE GUIDANCE AND ABOUT THE AWARENESS OF THE ONLY AN ABSOLUTE "GAYATRI MANTRA". BUT AS U TOLD THE WHOLE WORLD SHOULD BE GIVEN THIS TERRIFIC MANTRA TO CHANT, BUT THEY SHOULD OBSERVE DISCIPLINE IN EVERY ASPECT FOR THIS AND WHAT I MEANT TO EXPLAIN IS THAT IT IS VERY EASY TO SAY ABOUT "GAYATRI MANTRA" BUT CAN THEY CHANT THIS POWERFUL MANTRA WITHOUT BE IN DISCIPLINE. The life now-a-days has became terrible, one cannot be in discipline in the intial stages, so what i want to know is whether this "mantra" will do any harm if we chant without discipline. PLZ EXPLAIN. JAI GURUDEV amithesh. _________________ *NEW* Messenger for SMS. Guest guest
Jai Shri KRSNA, Hello everyone, I know that the message on Gayatri Mantra Jap Day was posted a while ago, but I just viewed it tonight. Anyway, I have questions about it, and was wondering if any of you would answer. Should I start my Gayatri Mantra Jap on an auspecious day, or should I start anytime I want? -and- Do you have to visualize Mata Gayatri, or can you visualize divine being: goddess OR god? In other words, can I visualize Shri KRSNA while I chant, or must I visualize only Gayatri Mata? -and- Would doing the jap of this mantra with a regualr mala be acceptable, and as much beneficial as any other major malas (for example: Rudraaksh, Pearl, Gold, etc.)? , "birendra singh m" <birendra_m> wrote: > Dear all, > This is very useful notes from a realised soul which i have come thru > and it shed new light to me about the Mantra, removing some of my > misgivings. > Every one read this, implement this and even take some time to tell > your fellow people and all poeple who might benfit. > > The article i picked up as is given below , > > " > TO BRING to one's mind repeatedly the inspiring lives of great > personalities, the wise men > of all the ancient religions had set apart particular days in the > year, as specially sacred and > auspicious on their account. BUT really do not bother about these things, these are unnecessary details for a starter, just sit facing east, chant with whatever mala you have. and focus on concentrating your mind on the deity. if you can't try to look at the picture. or close your eyes and visualize GOD think of the color of the dress , the expression on the face etc wishes... > > > > , "birendra singh m" <birendra_m> wrote: > > Dear all, > > This is very useful notes from a realised soul which i have come > thru > > and it shed new light to me about the Mantra, removing some of my > > misgivings. > > Every one read this, implement this and even take some time to tell > > your fellow people and all poeple who might benfit. > > > > The article i picked up as is given below , > > > > " > > TO BRING to one's mind repeatedly the inspiring lives of great > > personalities, the wise men > > of all the ancient religions had set apart particular days in the > > year, as specially sacred and > > auspicious on their account.
