i am to do a sadhana in which it has been asked to wear the yantra for next

40 days. Yantra is on a approx 2"x2". Problem is how to wear it. Will making

a hole in yantra disturb the energy and hence the purpose of yantra. Also

what to do when one is sleeping, having bath or is in toilet.

Dear Anurag,

Welcome back. I'm glad you returned.

The recommendation must have been for the "taavij" style yantra.

Anyway, you may keep it in your wallet during the day and under your

pillow during the night. You must not, in any case, keep it with you

while in toilet. Also, never make any holes etc. You may also keep it

in your puja room for the specified period because I've never seen

someone wear a 2"x2" yantra.

Happy Diwali...

hi anurag,

welcome back! (if you are the same anurag...)

if i were you, i would definitely not make a hole in the yantra,

come on, how would you go about it. (with a hammer and a nail?) bhaiya

yantra is supposed to be a representation of GOD, the same way as a

statue. i do not think that treatment is going to be liked by the

deity very much, though you are free to try.

just tie a mouli (or a stronger red thread) around it like you do when

you gift wrap. the take another one pass it through it and wear it

with this one, am i able to explaib well enough..??

yantras are not supposed to be worn in bath. if it is convenient it is

preferable to remove it while going to the toilet. about sleeping

there are varied views. but for most sleeping is OK

also

since my question took too long to appear and my paitence was running

thin,

i called delhi GURU dham to ask who is the GURU of sachidanand ji.

this person was sure that hre had no GURu while i kept xplqining about

param and paratpar guru.

then i called jodhpur gutudham, and was given an apt reply

mujhe pata hota to main yahan thore ho hota, main to siddhashram hota.

any way i guess

it goes like this

nikhileshrarand ji

sachidanand ji

ved vyaas

brahane=== brahama??

ref bhuvaneshwari sadhna where GURUS are worshipped by name,

correct me if i am wrong

hi anu,

yup! u r very right. U explained it well. Red mouli method sounds

good it will serve the purpose.

there is one more question sometimes its asked to keep the yantra in pooja

place for 1 year and so. And if one wants to clean pooja place during this

time then can one move the yantra from the pooja place while cleaning is

being done and place it back after cleaning. Can moving yantra disrupt the

whole sadhana.

Yup! the answer was a nice one. anu r u saying that u found this sequence of

the name of Guru's in the bhuvneshwari sadhana. Ask Pujya Gurudev abt it

when you meet personally. He might tell u.

Will have to check out Bhuvneshwari Sadhana.

Yes, it is allowed.

> Can moving yantra disrupt the whole sadhana.

No, not at all.

In many sadhanas, you are required to grasp the energy, daily, by

placing the yantra on your left palm and covering it with your right

palm and feeling the energy flowing in.

By the way, have you checked out the new version of Sadhak

(www20.brinkster.com/sadhak)? You, too, have an account there. Mail

me at nikhilashish_AT_ (replace _AT_ with @) for your

username and password.

Have a nice day...
