how to have a darsan of the Divine Mother

Namaste,

 

I read some of the testimonials of several people at

the siddhashram home page and I was really amazed by

the number of people who had a direct darshan of

Deities. I recall that once when me and my friend was

watching a movie on Mahabali, how when Mahabali was

threatened, he did pooja on a Siva linga and Siva

immediately appeared before him. At the time my friend

commented, that back in the earlier yugas God used to

instantly appear before people but in Kali Yuga this

is impossible.

 

Is there a particular sadhana for getting a darshan of

the Divine Mother. Again quoting from a book by

Yogananda, " How to talk with God", Yogananda says

that one should do sadhana till God talks to you

directly(you hear him like you would hear anyone one

else)- but this is a process that would take years if

not lifetimes.

 

Has anyone on this list been fortunate enough to

commune with God directly??

well i dont have any experiences, rather say i did not do any sadhnas

to have one,

As i was fortunate to have physical contact with Gurudevs,so whenever

i remember him, i just make a phone call.If iam left with no physical

contact with Gurudevs probably i would be charged to do something abt

it, and probably would not rest until i made some satisfiable

progress.

 

I believe that having Darshan should be easy then personally talking

to the lord. If having darshan in dream is considered valid then i

think most of us had some darshan of Gurudev some times in our dreams

at some point or the other, but

i dont know wheter this should be considered, what i believe is as we

are aware of physical form of Gurudev its not that difficult to

reproduce it in dreams,if we happen to think of him in some

seriousness and sincerity say for few hrs, but the thing thati

belive should be valued infinitly

is having the darshan of some strange soul(ex some sage) in the dream

and later seeing the same person in some stage of our life later.That

is valid one, besides if we are able to photograph the image of the

diety as we performed some sadhana it would be unique experience.

i believe that some of the sadhkas, may be members or may not be

would have had some sort of this experiences...

one of my Gurudevs used to tell that Gurudev will can come in

dreams , id ont exactly remember the context ...

But i had few times where Gurudevs came into my dreams, but i really

dont know whether its is the same what Gurudev was referring to,

....

The value of SatGuru is far more imp in this kali yuga then any other

yuga.

i personally consider communion with lord is a very high acheivement

in spiritual plane, in that case that person should have been either

realised or very near to it, i dont think any of the members would be

that great, i will be happy if iam proved wrong, i really dont know

whether any people would actually want to reveal you all their success

,i dont know, if i had some great experience and if u asked me abt it

probably i would hint you something ,that is what i think as of now,

but i dont know if i have one , my thinking pattern would remain the

same or not, but i always believe that inquisitive ,earnest,humble

soul would find this type of solutions without much problems if he

persists
