Thoughts of the past and future coupled with expectation of certain results such as expecting someone to behave in some way or the other,expecting certain things to happen; and when that person does not behave in that manner/expected thing does not materialise leads to disappointment. Not living in the moment and expectation leads to disappointment. Therfore live in the moment and do not expect anything to happen to be as happy as the child. - based on a talk by Ravi Shankar(Art of Living).
