My Dear Friends,

Our human mind is considered to be an ocean & the thoughts which arise, are taken

as ripples or wavelets. Smoothness of mind is a rare occurrence as the waved of

various magnitude arise & make it rough & disturbed. Concentration of mind &

controlling it becomes difficult.

The Yoga Shastra of patanjali is one of the greatest shastras which has been

derived from the sankhya philosphy & whose approach is to have a fit & a

healthy body under full control of mind. There are the following schools of

yoga:

1.) Hatha yoga- prescribes physical & breathing exercises whose primary aim is

to make body so strong that person can live for few hundred years by doing

certain postures of body & physical exercises. But its practices are very

dificult. No disease can touch you & not one hair turn grey.( some of my

friends must be knowing about its truth)

2.) Laya yoga:-

i.) bhakti yog:- to give mastery over mind by devotion. This includes

worship of images of the deities for attaining concentration of mind.

ii.) shakti yog:- to give mastery over mind by control of natural forces.

iii.) mantra yog:- to give mastery over mind by power of sound vibrations &

acheiving certain material or spiritual objectives.

iv.) yantra yog:- to give mastery over mind by power & combination of

geometric forms,metals & mantra.

3.) dhayan yog- power of thought processes.

4.) Raja yog:- (patanjali)

i.) gyan yog:-control of mind by the power of knowledge.

ii.) karma yog:- actions without desire for their fruits & surrendering its fruits to god

iii.) Kundalini yog:- harnessing the power of psychic & nerve forces.

iv.) Samadhi yog:- power of ecstasy.

The laya yog practices & the hath yoga practices are regarded as preperations

for the emergence of bodily powers beyond the normal capacity or range. this is

the precondition for raising the kundalini so that she starts hisssing like a

sleeping snake.Laya yog, hatha yog,raj yog culminate into awakening of

kundalini.

I have found that most of the prayers normal human being does lead to awakening

of this kundalini shakti & most of his prayers are answered after this power

rises & the whole new world opens before him.Yogis invariably develop exibhit

varieties of hallucinatory or hypnotic

effects,telepathy,psychmetry,clairvoyance,clair-audience,leviation,astral

travelling & similar occult or magical feats( which appear to normal human

being) which can be performed by anybody under proper guidance. This inherent

power lies dormant in most of the human beings. I have experimented &

experienced myself some of effects of this shakti.

But my friends this not the goal, as these powers in you & around you test your

sincerety in getting moksh or sow the seeds for further rebirth & fall.

Thanks.

Rohit.

about them-in south ex somewhere

i also have gayatri, mahamrituynjaya, soorya upasana (shubah mudgal),
