Kashyapji activation of these chakraas is not that easy. I have been one of

the list where people used to share their kundalini jaagran experiences and

listened to many people who have been going through all those. The ones who

didn't have a Guru were going through very painful experiences and others

were caught in materialism (powers of the chakraas) with no one to show them

the right direction. It has been said again and again that kundalini jaagran

should always be done after taking permission from one's Guru and his/her

help is required at every second of that life.

 

If you have a Guru then i suggest you to first take his permission.

Probability of disaster is high to awaken it without a Guru. i guess u must

read my experience in kundalini jaagran. I was able to bring the body

shaking experiences to normal only through Guru Mantra within a second.

 

Also keep your goal to reach the soul or to be one with almighty. Gurudev

has said that sensational experiences during kundalini jaagran are that of a

weak mind. One's mind should matured and strong enough to delve in to

oneness with God.

 

I had a friend who was very spiritual. that friend used to see blue light

and warm ears but i used to something drilling in to third eye and energy

zapping in my ears. Experiences of one depends on how much is one devoted in
