You can take Diksha either by visiting Pujya Gurudev personally or send your Photograph along witha letter stating your wish to be his disciple and along with you have to send around Rs 540/-. Anyone on list who has taken diksha recently can help you know the exact amount. Along with Diksha you will be given 1 year free subscription and also a Yantra will be sent to you. You will be needing Safatik Mala which you can either obtain from Gurudham, Jodhpur or can obtain it from Hyderabad. As part of Diksha you will be given 3 mantra Guru Mantra Cheitanya Mantra Gayatri Mantra You have to recite these mantras daily all your life. You may skip them if at sometimes you are very very busy and will not be able to devote time to chanting of mantras but its advised that atleast one should do 1 mala of Guru Mantra daily. try to search www.siddhashram.org i think info regarding Guru Diksha will be given there. U can send the money through a draft drawn in favour of "Mantra Shakti Kendra". Don't to magazine separately if you are planning to take Diksha.
