For strength and agility Om Hum Hanumate Vijayam aowm whom hah knew maw tay vee jai yahm For strengthening prana or life force Om Sri Hanumate Namaha aowm shree hah knew maw tay nahm ah ha Start with 125,000 japas of one or the other try to do 10 or 20 malas of 108 reps a day.
