First way of getting physical strength is as per "Raj Yog":- by making samyama on the strength of the elephant & others,their respective strength comes to a yogi. 2.) Hanuman sadhna is effective in gaining physical strength,will power,courage etc.You can get details from book "hanumanth upasana kalpadrum" where details of the sadhna procedure is mentioned which can be started on tuesday under auspicious nakshatra with full faith & establishment in "yam & niyam." I think after completion of these sadhnas will certainly give you entry into "world wrestling federation" w.w.f. ( smile:-jokingly) Thanks.
