How have you been?I wanted to know if you would give an exercise (FOR BEGINNERS OF PRANAYAM) to do daily Jay Gurudev,Kashyap My Dear Friend Kashyap, Aum Namah Shivaya, I am feeling fine now a days as I am progressing fast towards my spiritual goal which is enough to keep a smile on my face. Yes, I will post articles on pranayam & that can be done by beginners & and advanced ones,So keep your beautiful eyes & brains open.Its good to see your enthusiasm for spiritual growth.You will certainly progress faster my friend if you practice, practice, practice numerous exercises( Yog Abhayas) related to it with the grace of Lord Shiva.It will be beneficial for you if you keep small,separate,confidential,neat room for your practice.Keep if possible one photograph of Jagad Guru Lord Shiva in center , paarad shivling if possible, lord Vishnu & your guru if you have one otherwise "Mahadev" shall guide you.You can sit on kusha grass mat facing east or north for pranayam.Meditate on Kundalini shakti having three & a half rounds in the muladhar chakra in a triangle in flames before starting pranayam, pray to her & pran & apan vayu for success.Then you can start pranayam on which I will be posting the articles. Note:- 1.) start will peaceful & fresh mind. 2.) do it regularly after taking bath before your prayers it will be much beneficial. 3.) keep it confidential for success. 4.) you should not be suffering from health problems such as Asthma,heart problems or b.p.
