My Dear Friend Kanishk,

 

First:- your horo is incomplete as there are many things which are looked at

eg:- Navamsha, upgraha(mandi- etc),strength of planets etc.

 

Second:- What you have quoted from the text is correct but not detailed as other

factors are also important such as krishna paksh or shukla paksh etc.

 

Third:- I share similar view points that of "Anu" , Karma,will power,Good

actions,Excessive good actions,Yoga,Meditation,guru kripa, thoughts or dhyan at

the time of birth,desire,knowledge,type of death,enviorment,tendencies etc, are

other factors which can surely change the destiny for good & vice versa or

determine the next birth.

 

Fourth:- It is for sure that everybody will realize or reach god one day but

might take few births here & there but if the person thinks that some goodies

are promised in his birth chart then what is the need of self effort for right

action, god is smatter, fruit is in his hands he may delay those goodies for a

few births or may frutify your other karma before & send us somewhere else for

our development & lessons. He may promote or demote some jiv atma through

interference in his own maya.Examples of which are found in our ancient

texts,Many devtaas have fallen & their life coming to end.Nothing can taken for

granted in the transitory world.

 

Fifth:- Knowing the future can sometimes be good & a chance to improve your

karma or present karma or look for solutions, But sometimes it is really bad &

influences present karma & it can lead to misery or depression or delusion or

wrong actions .

 

Sixth:- Enviorment also palys the important role in shaping our future &

bringing our good or bad tendencies of past karma & other one wating or being

rendered ineffective. As in the case of guru saving his disciple at the time of

death or giving him life after death or guarding & guiding his spirit to other

worlds.

 

I have come across , read or heard plenty of such genuine cases.

 

These sciences are excellent & perfect to understand the cosmic creation & our

role , mission in life, for guidance, understanding god.
