Guest guest
To my dear spiritual companions, Muladhara chakra lies at the base of the spine, in the area between anus and sex. This center of force symbolizes the objective consciousness, the awareness in the physical, terrestrial universe. On a psychical level, it controls the will of survival, the state of inner safety, the desire for material goods, and the choice of profession. The physical function characteristic to this center of force is excretion, and the correspondent areas are the anus, the intestine, the muscular system and the adipose tissue. When the energies characteristic to Muladhara chakra lack balance in respect with the other types of energies, the person in cause will be quite pragmatic, and may even lead to an irrational exhaustion of one's vital resources."The person who experiences the activation of this center of force easily succeeds in overcoming the attachment for earthly matters and becoming highly courageous, defeats for good his/her fear of death. The concentration and meditation on Muladhara chakra leads to the knowledge of this chakra and of the means of awakening it." (Swami Shivananda)Whoever practises Meditation on this Muladhara Chakra in the presence of his spiritual teacher very easily acquires all powers. He will become the master of Animadic powers and he will be worshipped by even Gods. He can go anywhere in the three worlds whereever he wants. He always merges himself in the Atma playfully, just by hearing noble worlds (Mahavakyas). The wise man who always contemplates on this Muladhara obtains Darduri Siddhi - the frog jump power and by degrees he can rise in the air. THe brilliancy of his body will be increased, his gastric fire becomes powerful and freedome from disease, cleverness, and omniscience ensue. He knows the past, present tand the future with their causes. He masters the unheard of sciences together with their mysteries. On his tongue always dances the Goddess of Learning and he can comment upon any scripures without even hearing them & masters the science of mantras. Wonderful powers of mond will come unto him. Whatever he thinks, that will happen. All sins will be burnt for a yogi, one who meditates on Svayambhu linga who sits on a lotus of their Muladhara Chakra. Whatever things he thinks in his mind, all those things will come unto him.One who meditates on External form forgetting this internal Siva is like one who goes for flowers outside throwing the flowers which are in his hands. Therefore, wise peole should meditate on this Siva who is within, without wasting time. This meditation itself is great worship, great austerity, great human goal. One gets success in 6 months of practice and undoubtedly his Vayu enters the middle channel (the susumna). He conquers the mind and gets peace and gets success in this as well as the other world without doubt. Thanks. Rohit. Guest guest
Jai Guru Dev, Dear Vishal, I had similar problems in your age. I read a lot of books and tried a many spiritual ways for last 20 -25 years. In many books are the same advises: The best way is the way with your personal GURU (supervisor or teacher). You never find a book which can substitute a REAL GURU. You will find your personal GURU, when you will be ready for that. My personal advice : 1. The best way is any way with real personal GURU. Guru will find you when you will be ready, but you should work regularly (TM, TM SIDHI, HathYoga, RajYoga, SahajYoga or with Mantras and etc) and wait for him (her). 2. at least 20 minutes or more and at least 1-2 times a day. If you can work for 2 hours a day - that is perfect. and read. and think. and watch for yourself and your life. you will see changes in your life. I hope that helps you. Yours truly, Youry Vishal Sharma <neo_matrix0007 > 06/05/2004 05:24 AM Please respond to To cc Subject Chakras Jai GuruDev, Namaskar to all, I am glad to know that any such group of Pujya Guruji's followers existed otherwise i would have joined it a long time ago. Well, fellow brothers i am of 24 and till now i have studied a lot of books of gurudev and several other authors on various subjects including chakras and Kundalini, also i have studied TMY for years. Now, i am thinking to start my spiritual journey and want to start it with chakras ie kundalini Jagran. And i want you to help me in this, i have a few questions:- 1. What is the best method - TM, HathYoga, RajYoga, SahajYoga or with Mantras? 2. How much time it takes on an average considering i would be able to spend only a maximum of 2 hours per day. Actually, the real problem is that i have studied a lot of text on this subject from various writers and now i found myself confused as no one has come out with practical and possible methods. So, i have ultimately decided to come in between you fellow brothers and sought your help as you have already practised these or are in various stages of Kundalini Jagran. So, I request you all to come openely and broadly on this subject and share your views and practical experiences as well. Your Help and Views are Critical. Jai Gurudev Vishal K. Sharma India Friends.
