Sit in a Namaaz reading posture. Take "Shriyaa" in your left hand. Place two flowers on it and cover your left hand with right hand. Then recite this mantra 21 times. This is to be done for 3 days. After 3 days place "Shriyaa" at any crossing (Chauraah) where four roads meet. || Hansii hans haam nem heem || "ii" and "ee" represents badi "e" ki matraa. Reference: September, 1997 Saadhana Saamagri : Shriyaa, Rs 80/- ( In India ) If you can't get Shriyaa u can try doing this sadhana without Saadhanaa Saamagri woith full faith. Our new friend can tr doing this without saadhana saamagri. "Don't consider yourself Helpless" Early morning light a Lamp of Desi Ghee and then recite the following 21 times. This is to be done for 21 days. Recite this mantra just five times whenever you are faced with a difficulty || Om hum hum mahaabalaaya hum hum om phat || Reference : May, 1997 Saadhana Saamagri - No sadhana saamagri is required for this mantra. Give importance to this too in your daily life. It is said that "Karat Karat Abhyaas Tei, Jadmati Hot Sujaan". If you include any special act in your daily life then it for sure will leave a good effect in your life. "Naarayan Dhayaan" Namaami Naarayan Dev Devam | Bhajaami Bhaktoday Bhaaskaram Tam | dhayaayaami Nikhileshwar Paadpankjam | Japaami Shishyodhar Naamrupam | Once you start reciting it you experience a quick and extraordinary effect of "Naarayan Dhayaan" Reference : May, 1997 Saadhana Saamagri - No sadhana saamagri is required for this mantra. Ask for forgiveness from everyone in this universe before reciting mantra.
