To my dear spiritual companions,

 

Surya Mudra

Surya Mudra

Method: Bend the finger next to the smallest finger (Anamika). Make the thumb

touch the part of this finger above the nail. Benefits: Excess fat of the body

& laziness gets removed by doing this mudra.

Hi Rohit,

 

 

This seems to me the easeist way of getting rid of laziness. is there

any procedure like i have to do it for 20 min a day or is it just

random do it whenever i feel lazy.

 

 

i once tried one mudra given in some Gurudevs books ,at that time i

was having loose motions and the next day was my final exam , i was

in real trouble, i just tried the mudra for disease( i dont remember

exactly the mudra as there are so many and it is quiet long) and i

tried it in faith for 30 min and it worked my loose motions stopped

and i could complete my exzm the way i wanted. i really felt good.

To my dear friend birendra,

You can do as much as you like to see the results you want. It can be even from

10 min to 1 hr. I hope slim person won't like to get himself evaporated in thin

air by doing more.

But laziness can certainly be removed by mudras, pranayam, satwic food &

yogasan.Avoiding sleep in the morning should also be avoided.
