I met a lady called 'Anandima', disciple of one Dhyanyogi Madhusudandasji (he is no more)who runs Dhyanyoga centers in NY city. They had a shaktipat session which I attended where she was supposed to transfer some of her energy which leads to Kundalini jagran. While she was transferring her energy I felt an electric current running through my body, and also a kind of magnetism.She said everyone has a different feeling according to one's Karma She transferred her energy through Rose flowers and peacock feathers.She gave me Bhuta-Shudhdhi mantra which I should chant 108 times daily. I do it. But I still think that my Kundalini is not awakened (or is it in process who knows?). I am still skeptical about the whole thing. Was it a process of Pranic healing where a person of a higher energy level transfers some to a person who has a lower energy level or is in need of some. Has anyone experienced something like this? I will answer in brief to your questions. Reiki, Pranic Healing, Qi etc. all are related to Kundalini. Reiki, Pranic Healing etc. all are You are right kundalini jaagran is a process mere feeling of energy pulsating through your body doesn't mean that one's kundalini is awakened. Till we have impure thoughts of any kind or hatred in our heart till then we can be very sure that our kundalini hasn't awakened in full. Most of the people have experienced the energy running through their body after getting dikshaa.
