Guest guest Posted September 26, 2002 Report Share Posted September 26, 2002 Jai Gurudev, I have read Dr.Narayan Dutt Shrimali's book on practical hypnotism a lot of times and am practicing it sincerely. But I am yet to obtain success for the last 2 years in hypnotism. Now I have started trying using a metronome also. One thing that baffles me is that in a lot of places, Guruji asks us to arouse the inner mind and then put the outer mind to sleep. But where is the inner mind? How to arouse it? Where is it situated? How to feel it?...These questions baffle me. I am able to bring the outer mind to a completely thought free state for more than 10 minutes, but without arousing the inner mind hypnotism is not complete. GURUDEV PLEASE HELP ME BY GIVING THE REQUIRED GUIDANCE. Also tell me how to improve will-power. I want to read more literature on hypnotism by Guruji. Where can I get it?
