Also, if one cannot perform any particular Sadhana during these 9 days, is there anything else to perform thru which spiritual growth occurs ? The importance of Navratri can not be explained in words. But it is really a rare time to worship the mother, the shakti. All the great sadhaks normally wait for this time. Becoz whatever sadhna u do in these days will get quick results. And overall it is the best time to get the shakti within u. It is suggested that u should go for atleast one sadhna. Whatever likes u. This will benefit u in so many ways. It is highly chetnya time. U should certainly go for a sadhna. If u r unfortunate to do anything, keep chating guru-mantra and just remember the mother shakti. Guest guest Posted October 5, 2002 Report Share Posted October 5, 2002 navarathri is the holiest time to do sadanas of all kinds,ut if u r no able to do any sadahana,u can do guru mantra anusthan[1,50,000] which will be as powerful and more rwarding as any sadhana.please see ht if u do any sadhana mentally submit the mantra chanting to gurudev he will bless u with success this is as real a fact as sun himself.let gurudev bless u all.
