JAI GURUDEV,

I just found about this site few days ago and been reading the

messages. It is very nice to have a forum to talk about and get help

in what we believe in. I am just a beginner in sadhanas.

Right now I am in the US as a student. So it's not easy to do

sadhanas here. So i basically try to do some meditation and pranayam.

My interest right now is Sukshma Sarir Yatra because of several

reasons:

I think it makes a whole lot easier to talk to Gurudev if we can do

sukshma sarir yatra. We can get directions, and also can see him (as

far as i think) easily and often than from our physical eyes.

Next thing i heard about Astral travel is, you can learn something a

lot quicker than you'd from your physical state. Suppose you want to

learn a foreign language, u can learn it very quick if u learn it

from Astral plane.

I'd appreciate if anybody have better ideas about it.

Also would welcome any methods to achieve it faster.

It is really good to learn that u do meditation and pranayam. These

things will really help u.

I prefer, if possible, to Mantra-Tantra-Yantra Magazine

brought out by the Gurudham. U will be able to learn so many sadhnas.

For this specific, its better u directly mail/phone/Letter to

Gurudham. May be late, but u will get a answer.

its good that you are dreaming big,

i hope you understand the magnanimity of your current interest, it is

in a way doing a "PARAKAYA PRAVESHA" except that in this you do it on

your own body,so you can call it in a way as swakaya pravesha, and

now if you understand it, then i beleive you would recognize it as a

high level sadhana, which needs lot of commitment in spiritual

practise under the guidance of a able guru, becos this level of

sadhanas defenitely requires a Guru grace. so it should be kind of

long term goal, if you put this as your short term goal it would

frustrate you...

it is my understanding that for this,

your kundalini should be activated,stablised in some high level

chakras

if you reach the stage of sukshama sarir yatra, you are into the

realm of impossibilty, at that stage you will not find anything

impossible.
